About LESS REFINED FLOUR
The flour comes from less-refined grain, using the husk of the kernel and preserving the best parts. There are five types of flour, based on level of refining: 00, 0, 1, 2 and whole-grain, from the most refined to the least.
For FOGLIE MAGICHE we use WHOLE-GRAIN FLOUR, rich in bran and fibre.

Whole wheat flour 53% – sugar – sunflower seed oil 14% – oat flakes 13% – crisp cereals 4% (corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour, sugar, barley malt extract, salt) – glucose syrup – cane sugar 2% – eggs from barn-roaming chickens – honey – skim milk powder – leavening agents: ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate – salt – flavouring. May contain soy and nuts.
